Your Role:

  • Assess and refine business processes to drive improvements.
  • Lead process reviews and strategize optimizations.
  • Stay informed on IT trends and advancements.
  • Host and participate in meetings to share and brainstorm ideas.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technical Leads to pinpoint inefficiencies and suggest optimal business practices.
  • Engage with software vendors: understand offerings, conduct tests, arrange demos, and lead solution implementations.
  • Ensure documentation meets business and functional needs.
  • Align with Product Managers and UI/UX engineers on application design and documentation.
  • Support Technical Lead in agile practices.
  • Regularly organize and present metrics.
  • Engage with stakeholders for detailed requirements analysis, ensuring no gaps in requirements or user experience.
  • Mentor, train, and guide junior members.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, users, and the development team.

Your Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in technical business analysis, ideally in Hi-Tech, FinTech, or Solutions Delivery.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficient in technical writing and communication.
  • Knowledgeable in Agile Scrum and ceremonies.
  • Familiarity with IT and business processes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in solutions/services delivery projects.
  • Proficient in project management and business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong commitment to customer service, ownership, and clear communication.

Advantages:
