Job Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to optimize our use of Salesforce, ensuring high efficiency and full utilization of its features and benefits. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding technical and communication abilities, capable of engaging directly with internal stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and effectively administer and enhance the Salesforce system. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, including individual and system-level problems.
- Collaborate with relevant support teams and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure platform stability and optimal performance.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and other Salesforce tools.
- Extend Salesforce functionalities to support evolving business requirements.
- Monitor and track progress on Salesforce-related incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and end-users effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in Salesforce administration and development.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and English communication skills.
Desirable:- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I.
- Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified JavaScript Developer.
Work Set-Up: Remote
Schedule: The candidate must be willing to work shifting schedules, primarily covering US time zones.
