We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent / Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic sales team, focused on expanding their presence in the US market. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound sales calls, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, and offering solutions that align with our products or services. The ideal candidate will be a passionate sales professional with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the US market, utilizing leads provided by the company as well as generating new leads.
- Answer inbound sales inquiries, providing product information, and guiding prospects through the purchasing process.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products or services to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand and leverage campaigns and promotions in sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, presentations, and follow-up activities, within the company’s CRM system.
- Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to help in improving the product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our products or services.
Qualifications:
- Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role, with a strong sales track record.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Experience working with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones to support the US market, including potential evenings and weekends.
