Your Role:
- Manage the company's IT systems, from local infrastructure to cloud platforms.
- Deploy, set up, secure, and manage computer systems/apps.
- Enhance IT and security practices through research and recommendations.
- Monitor IT systems for coverage and accuracy.
- Resolve infrastructure and user issues with efficient solutions.
- Document technical procedures, best practices, and user guides.
- Train users on system updates and tools.
- Assess and recommend IT tools and equipment.
- Mentor IT peers and interns; manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct IT audits and provide on-call support for critical issues.
- Ensure IT security across processes and tools.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years in roles like Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or Systems Administrator.
- Proficient in Linux and macOS OS.
- Strong communication and leadership with a customer service focus.
- Experienced in hybrid/cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, EKS), and messaging systems (e.g., MS 365, GSuite).
- Familiarity with security tools like Okta, FreeIPA, and RADIUS.
- Scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, HCL.
- Team player, comfortable onsite and with flexible schedules.
Advantages:
- Certifications (e.g., CKA, CKAD, CISSP, AWS, Terraform).
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
- Familiar with Agile-Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in container/app security and best practices.
- Skills in infrastructure-as-code technologies (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiar with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch.
