Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in creating and executing our client's go-to-market digital strategy. This ground-floor opportunity will allow you to design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth through our channel distribution partners and direct-to-enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Implement lead nurturing programs to engage with prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to manage and track leads, contacts, and customer interactions effectively.
  • Execute marketing automation workflows to automate repetitive tasks, personalize communications, and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to reach target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the target markets.
  • Work closely with marketing teams in Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the region.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead generation.
  • Proven expertise in using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms for at least 4 years.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, content marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry is a plus.
