Work Schedule: Normal Business Hours
As an ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful coordination and delivery of a major ERP implementation. You will work closely with the CTO, Business Solutions Manager, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets high-quality standards. Your expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication will be crucial to the project's success.
Lead and manage full-cycle ERP implementation projects—from planning and scoping to post-go-live support—ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop detailed project plans outlining resource allocation, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
Oversee project execution, including financial tracking, schedule management, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across business units.
Ensure project alignment with financial processes and reporting requirements, working closely with finance teams and system users.
Attend and lead vendor and internal project meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
Deliver regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports on project health, risks, and milestones.
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating when necessary with recommended solutions.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, with proven success leading full-cycle ERP implementations (preferably involving Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, or Budgeting).
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in streamlining business and financial operations.
Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management within complex, cross-functional environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and communication skills
Experience working with finance teams and a strong grasp of business processes in accounting and financial operations.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, able to guide and motivate diverse teams.
Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving abilities.
