We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Operations Support/Coordinator to support our client’s operational processes during US daytime hours (Philippines night shift). This role is primarily operational and client-facing, focused on ensuring continuity, accuracy, and smooth handovers between night and day teams.

This position is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy structured workflows, documentation, quality assurance, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries during US daytime hours.

  • Support day-to-day operational processes and system configurations.

  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.

  • Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and detailed handover notes to ensure seamless transition with the daytime team.

  • Monitor dashboards and operational reports; identify and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.

  • Ensure adherence to established workflows, processes, and documentation standards.

  • Proactively follow up on tasks and unresolved issues to ensure closure.

Complementary Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, dashboards, or reporting tools

  • Ability to perform light data analysis to spot trends, inconsistencies, or anomalies

  • Familiarity with QA processes and operational reporting
