Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing function from the ground up. This is a strategic role that requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to position our client's company as a leading cybersecurity SaaS provider in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to establish Blackpanda’s position as a leading cybersecurity SaaS player in the Philippines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities in the cybersecurity and technology sectors.
    Use insights to craft and refine market positioning, ensuring our messaging resonates with target audiences.
  • Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and impact across all marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Optimize digital, events, and partnership channels for maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with the sales and product departments to ensure cohesive messaging, alignment, and customization of marketing strategies for the Philippines market.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams in Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong to align on execution and leverage best practices.
  • Lead, collaborate, and communicate with the distributed marketing team to drive seamless implementation of marketing initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or at least 8+ years of practical experience in the Marketing function.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in the cybersecurity or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven experience building a successful B2B marketing lead engine for a cybersecurity product, ideally a SaaS cybersecurity product.
  • Experience crafting and executing integrated partner marketing campaigns and events.
  • Proven track record in building and running successful sales enablement and customer success programs.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for lead nurturing and management.
  • Strong leadership skills to coordinate and collaborate with a distributed marketing team.
  • Experience in event planning and management is highly preferable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience and a self-starter mentality with a proven track record of success in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience in start-ups (Series A and/or B2B technology) is highly preferable.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
