Job Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in translating and implementing complex business requirements using Salesforce's standard functionalities such as APEX and Lightning/Visualforce Pages. You will also formulate and implement strategies to integrate Salesforce with external applications, ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions using Salesforce LWC, VisualForce, APEX, and corresponding client-side technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications using Salesforce Integration patterns.
• Participate in technical design sessions and develop technical solution documentation related to coding activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on coding, source control management, technical reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Support Salesforce configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, and a variety of custom objects.
• Implement new software features and client enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development.
  • 5+ years of development using Lightning Web Components, VisualForce, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions in Salesforce.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and optimizing integrated business processes across disparate systems.
• Expertise in integrations (SSO, SMS Gateway, Sharepoint, CTI, Mavenpoint, Outlook, Learning System, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau).
• Adept in Salesforce set-up and configuration.
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and Agile.
• Ability to understand Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange solutions.
• Certifications:
  • Certified Salesforce System Administrator (required).
  • Certified Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
  • Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer (preferred).
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer (preferred).

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Proficient in Lightning components.
• Experienced in Service Cloud Voice and Omnistudio (Omnichannel & Omniscript).
• Experience with Mulesoft is a plus.

Education

• College degree relevant to IT or equivalent to 5 years of working experience.
