Your Role

  • Assess business operations, detect potential enhancements, and spearhead the introduction of improvements.
  • Direct evaluations of business procedures and formulate strategies for optimization.
  • Keep abreast of contemporary IT trends and innovations.
  • Facilitate discussions and presentations to disseminate insights.
  • Relay design concepts through user pathways or procedural diagrams.
  • Collaborate intimately with the Product Manager and Technical Lead, identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending best practices both in business and system functionalities.
  • Engage with software providers to gauge their solutions, oversee tests, coordinate product showcases, and champion implementations that fulfill business requirements.
  • Guarantee that solution records are in sync with the business and functional prerequisites.
  • Collaborate rigorously with the Product Manager and UI/UX specialists to ensure that app interfaces and layouts are meticulously recorded and match user anticipations.
  • Support the Technical Lead in executing agile practices and ceremonies.
  • Systematically compile and present metrics using consistent methodologies.
  • Engage deeply with stakeholders, executing thorough requirement analyses, resulting in varied requirement documentations.
  • Draft use scenarios ensuring continuity in requirements and user interactions.
  • Offer leadership, mentorship, and coaching to emerging team members.
  • Oversee user approval tests, confirming that the rolled-out product or feature aligns with the agreed specifications.
  • Act as the bridge connecting stakeholders, end-users, and the developer team.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years in a technical business analyst capacity, preferably in Hi-Tech, FinTech, or Solutions Delivery sectors.
  • Superior analytical and investigative skills.
  • Acute expertise in technical documentation.
  • Stellar communication prowess, essential for teamwork and stakeholder engagements.
  • A good grasp of Agile Scrum practices and rituals.
  • Proficiency in understanding IT routines, software, and business operations.
  • Exemplary organizational acumen coupled with keen attention to nuances.
  • Proficiency in data scrutiny techniques, methodologies, and visualization tools.
  • Autonomy in tasks, with capabilities to lead from inception to execution.
  • Innate leadership qualities, encompassing idea presentation, insights contribution, decisive actions, and persuasive communication.
  • Track record in solution/service delivery projects.
  • Acquaintance with standard tools, methodologies, and golden standards in both project management and business analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project stewardship, blueprinting project trajectories, overseeing progress, and ensuring punctual task completions.
  • A pronounced commitment to customer service, ownership, and transparent communication.

Additional Advantages
