Position Overview
As an Operations Performance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our client operations, onboarding processes, and campaign performance. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can collect and interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and propose improvements to optimize client satisfaction and outcomes.
Employment Set-Up:
Remote; Candidates should be within Metro Manila vicinity only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client operations, onboarding processes, and campaign performance.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts and campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and campaigns, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with our systems.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in client onboarding and campaign management processes.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve client satisfaction and campaign outcomes.
- Regularly review and analyze existing client accounts and campaigns to assess performance, identify trends, and recommend or implement optimization strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on client operations and campaign performance, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
- Utilize tools such as Trello, Monday.com, Retool, and other AI tools to manage projects, track performance, and implement improvements.
- Work closely with various internal and external teams to understand client needs and operational challenges.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and support for process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role.
Strong Preferences:
- Experience in client onboarding or campaign management is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and other related software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Retool, etc.).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Other Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Trello and Monday.com.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations.
- Experience in a SaaS or tech environment, particularly with client operations or account management, is a plus.
