About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tableau Developer to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Tableau reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes across various departments within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, data visualization best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective and engaging data visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights.
- Connect to various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and big data platforms, to extract data for visualization.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in Tableau reports and dashboards.
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
- Provide technical support and training to Tableau users across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features and best practices in data visualization and implement them to improve existing reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in developing Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Proficiency in data modeling and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex data analysis tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience with data preparation tools and knowledge of ETL processes is a plus.
- Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or similar certification is highly desirable.
Location: Hybrid (on-site once a week - BGC, Taguig City)
