- Lead and ensure successful delivery of SAP SD processes, solutions, and products.
- Assist in developing project plans and schedules focused on SAP SD modules.
- Analyze customer business needs and align them with SAP SD functionalities, identifying gaps and interdependencies among modules.
- Present SAP SD features in the context of the client's business environment.
- Design functional specifications and customizations to bridge any gaps in the SAP SD module.
- Perform configurations in SAP SD, including integration with other SAP modules.
- Create and execute test scenarios and scripts to validate the quality of the SAP SD system.
- Participate in system testing as needed for project success.
- Train end-users and fellow team members on SAP SD operations.
- Develop and implement data migration and system cut-over strategies for SAP SD.
- Utilize data migration tools tailored for the SAP SD module as per project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for SAP SD users, adhering to project methodologies and ISO standards.
- Offer ongoing post-implementation support for SAP SD users.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships in the SAP SD domain.
- Employ change management strategies to support client transformation and expedite SAP SD implementation.
