Position Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
Work arrangements: Full time office (but open for Hybrid as well, 3 days from office and 2 days from home)

Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and Force.com. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that the Salesforce platform is optimized for business operations, providing technical expertise in customization, automation, integration, and troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and workflow automation, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Force.com.
Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud functionalities.
Build and manage workflow rules, triggers, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and object customizations.
Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
Manage Salesforce configurations, including user roles, security settings, and data access management.
Ensure seamless data integrity, system performance, and platform security.
Monitor and proactively identify risks within the Salesforce environment and create actionable mitigation plans.
Work on Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
Implement automated processes and system workflows to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, business analysts, and integration teams for complex system enhancements.
Handle escalated Salesforce support requests and work with diverse user groups to resolve system issues.
Develop technical documentation, system interface diagrams, and functional designs.
Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration using Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce.
Strong background in Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud implementation.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Lightning Components, APIs, Process Builder, and Flows.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security settings, and role hierarchy.
Experience in system integration, third-party applications, and middleware tools.

Nice to Have:

Salesforce Developer Certification (preferred).
Experience in Salesforce upgrades, platform releases, and change management.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
