Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate Manager to join our client's team as an independent contributor. In this role, you will be the front liner in selling our client's BPO services, responsible for driving sales performance, building client relationships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BPO sector.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BPO sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
