As a Salesforce Lead Architect, you will spearhead our Salesforce projects, ensuring that our solutions align perfectly with business needs and are executed with architectural best practices. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions while leading a team of developers and collaborating with stakeholders to maximize the potential of Salesforce technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects from concept through deployment.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to refine project specifications and to create innovative solutions.
- Conduct systems integration within Salesforce and between Salesforce and external systems.
- Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers and junior architects.
- Maintain a current understanding of Salesforce technology updates, trends, and best practices.
- Ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget, managing risks and responding to challenges as they arise.
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
- Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent.
- Has 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect (or Lead) with strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Has more than 5 years of experience in the Salesforce-related roles.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or similar.
- Proficient with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with integration technologies and database applications such as SQL, SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
