JWay Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Salesforce QA for a full-time, remote position. This role requires reviewing and critiquing the services we deliver to our clients. The pace is brisk, necessitating the ability to rapidly transition between various clients and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute unit, UI/UX, defect, system, and integration testing specifically on Salesforce Commerce Cloud platforms.
  • Design, develop, document, and execute QA strategies across the organization.
  • Collaborate extensively with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Designers to guarantee delivery of the highest quality products.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test cases and scripts for significant initiatives, including the rollout of end-to-end eCommerce sites.
  • Conduct additional tests involving third-party applications and other Salesforce Cloud solutions.
  • Drive continuous enhancements in test efficiency and precision by recommending improvements to processes, tools, and infrastructure.
  • Engage actively in team discussions, collaborating with developers, business analysts, project managers, user advocates, and fellow testers.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud capabilities and extensions.
  • Ability to quickly shift focus between different clients and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, along with superior oral and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently with little oversight as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Quick adaptability and critical thinking skills in dynamic settings.
  • Proficient in QA testing within SFCC (formerly known as Demandware) environments, including the use of Business Manager.
  • Strong familiarity with software development life cycles, roles, and agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) or similar defect tracking tools is preferred.
